Every story entrusted to Everline Legacy is treated as strictly confidential. Interviews, photographs, audio, and video are used solely to produce your commissioned book and private portal, and are never shared publicly without your explicit consent.

Private story pages are accessible only through an unlisted link and, optionally, a passcode you choose. If you would like a page removed or access revoked at any time, contact us and we will act on your request promptly.

To offer real-time scheduling, our team connects a single business Google Calendar through Google Sign-In. This grants the site read/write access to that one calendar only — to check which times are already busy, and to create or remove calendar events for confirmed interview bookings. We never access any other calendar, share this data with third parties, or use it for any purpose beyond scheduling. Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or disconnected from our admin panel.
