These terms govern your engagement with Everline Legacy for the production of a personalized life story book and any related media.
Scope of Services
Everline Legacy provides professional legacy preservation services, including private guided interviews, narrative development, and the production of a written life story book. Additional services — photographs, audio recordings, and video, each priced according to size — may be added to your order as described in your account.
Your Participation
You agree to take part in scheduled interviews in good faith and to provide accurate information, photographs, and documents as requested. If the subject of the story is unable to participate directly, a designated representative may take part on their behalf.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Once your order is paid in full, you own the finished book and any accompanying media for personal, private use. Everline Legacy may use anonymized excerpts for portfolio or marketing purposes only with your written consent, and no publication or commercial distribution will occur without your explicit authorization.
Consent & Likeness
By sharing interviews, photographs, audio, or video with us, you grant Everline Legacy permission to record, edit, and curate these materials solely for the purpose of producing your book and private portal. This consent survives the death of the subject unless revoked in writing beforehand.
Confidentiality
All information you share with us is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose personal content to third parties, except as required by law or with your express written authorization.
Payment
Pricing is calculated from the details you provide during your questionnaire and any add-on media you choose, and is shown to you in full before you pay. Payment is collected in a single secure checkout once you confirm your order; no work begins on add-on media until it has been added to your order.
Preview & Revisions
Once your preview is ready, you'll have a review period to request changes. If you need more time, you may ask us to extend that deadline — there's no limit to how many times it can be extended.
Limitation of Liability
Everline Legacy does not guarantee emotional, therapeutic, or psychological outcomes. Our services are creative and editorial in nature and are not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
Termination
Either party may end this engagement with written notice. Fees for work already completed remain due and payable.
Governing Law
Everline Legacy LLC is based in Coconut Creek, Florida, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
